The Kitchen

It is Italy 's sun-light, her landscapes, and culture, that serve as the inspiration for the dishes we prepare. The principle ingredients which our menu is based on, (seafood, meat, mushrooms and truffles) are always of the highest quality. We have created a cuisine based on the the cooking techniques of the Mediterranean , without the use of creams or dairy based sauces and with the combination of products such as extra virgin olive oil. All types of preferred fish and foul, including the classic fiorentina , and while in season, mushrooms and truffles, (to be enjoyed from October to Dicember.
